Most of what we build is for agents. This one isn’t. It’s a consumer real estate site called Relovana, and it’s live.
What it actually is
Relovana is for regular people with a property question they need answered:
- Someone who just inherited a house and doesn’t know if it has to go through probate, what taxes apply, or what the place is even worth
- A rental owner trying to decide if the numbers still work
- A homeowner who wants a straight read on what their market is doing, computed from public government data instead of a listing feed
Every guide is state-specific and fact-checked. Every market report is built from FHFA, Census, and BLS data – the same sources institutions use. And the whole site says exactly who runs it, license number and all.
Why we built it
Because the questions are real and the usual answers are sales pitches. Somebody who just inherited a house doesn’t need a lead form – they need to know how probate works in their state. Somebody watching their market doesn’t need a headline – they need the actual numbers. Relovana answers the question first and says exactly who’s behind it.
It runs on the same approach as everything else we build: research it properly, automate it, ship it, and put a name on it.
